Apply a generous amount of Mineral Sun Glow and massage in. Use 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply every two hours, and directly after any physical activity or exposure to water. 

Apply Sun Balm SPF 30 generously and evenly. Apply 15 minutes prior to sun exposure and reapply at least every 2 hours, after eating or drinking, physical activity and throughout the day as needed.
